How many hours per day must I wear the aligners?↓
For optimal biological tooth movement, aligners should be worn 20 to 22 hours daily, removing them only for meals, brushing, and hot liquids.
Will aligners affect my speech?↓
You may notice a minor lisp for the first 24 to 48 hours as your tongue adapts. Afterward, speech returns completely to normal.
Can I drink coffee or wine while wearing them?↓
We advise drinking only cool water while wearing aligners to prevent staining or heat warping. You can easily remove them for your beverages.
